Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior data leadership professional in New York to lead data management initiatives and informatics engagements. You will drive data strategy, governance, and AI-enabled services across enterprise clients, with a focus on MDM and data quality.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with ProServ and product groups, and build scalable offerings while advancing client outcomes through repeatable delivery and expert guidance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in the data management space.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for workshops or larger audiences.
• Strong interviewing, analytical and curiosity skills to solve client needs.
• Knowledge of MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality and their value to data ecosystems.
• Prior leadership roles on business or technical sides or both.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several concurrent engagements.
• Autodidactic mindset with eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients in business development and success to align data strategies and operating models.
• Support sales teams in client engagement, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Act as a senior advisor in billable PSU engagements and Resident Advisor programs.
• Lead Informatica Journey activities, host office hours, and engage with product teams.
• Share knowledge with Informatica Community and cross-group stakeholders.
• Develop data quality programs and data strategy initiatives for clients.
• Create reusable AI agents/accelerators to drive efficiency in engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and help grow senior expertise within teams.
