Job summary

MMGY Global is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Overland Park, KS to translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients. You will own end-to-end analysis, collaborate across Account, Media, and MarTech teams, and lead audience modeling using SQL, BigQuery, and leading analytics tools.

The role emphasizes autonomy, client presence, and strategic judgment, with opportunities to influence across MMGY’s Data Strategy portfolio and travel intelligence collaborations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, audience modeling, performance tracking and analysis, and cross‑channel program measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related technical field is required.
• Strong working knowledge of web analytics and ad serving tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Campaign Manager 360).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and cloud data warehouse environments (BigQuery preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Translate data resources into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with multiple MMGY teams to understand client data sources and translate data into value for MMGY’s media client base.
• Execute audience segmentation and modeling projects with leadership and client presentations.
• Create client-ready analyses that lead with insight and recommendation.
• Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, driving data‑driven decisions.
