Job summary

ITC Federal is seeking a Senior Data Specialist to support the U.S. Department of Justice under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This fully remote role requires ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and to work within a federal contracting environment.

The Senior Data Specialist will oversee data processing, QA, and productions, ensuring compliance with ESI specifications and accuracy of loads and exports. On-site meetings may be required near the DC area.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of eDiscovery experience in processing, loading, conversion, data culling, QA, and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with litigation discovery processes and EDRM workflow.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, document review software, and encryption methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Data Specialists performing file manipulation, loading, conversion, and QA of loads and exports.
• Develop, evaluate and modify file manipulation methodologies for use with COTS products and litigation support apps.
• Perform quality assurance of all EFP services.
• Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specifications and notify EFP Manager of deficiencies.
• Recommend process improvements to ensure high quality, timely and cost-effective methods.
