Robinhood is seeking a Senior Manager for Finance & Strategy Data Science in Menlo Park, CA to lead a high-performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers, shaping the analytics strategy and turning business questions into actionable insights. The role oversees NPS, survey research, ML-driven analysis, and scalable data solutions, partnering with Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other leaders.

In-person work five days a week.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Daily, hands-on fluency with Claude Code and modern AI coding tools, with a track record of building reusable agent infrastructure.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, statistical analysis, experimentation, and advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex business questions into rigorous analyses, actionable insights, and scalable data solutions.
• Experience developing measurement frameworks, predictive models, benchmarking, and other analytical approaches that inform business and strategic decisions.
• Strong business judgment with a track record of partnering with Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses, influence decisions, and build alignment across teams.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams of data scientists and analytics engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own NPS program end to end: design, sampling/weighting, fielding, data quality, driver analysis, and executive reporting.
• Own survey and research portfolio: safety perception, brand/product sentiment, benchmarking and VOC work.
• Analyze open-text at scale, including LLM-assisted classification, with defensible methodology.
• Partner with Product, Research, Operations, Marketing, and Brokerage leadership to close loop from survey signal to product/policy change.
• Design agent workflows and delegate analysis, pipeline development, QA, documentation, and recurring reporting.
• Build durable agent infrastructure: reusable skills, context files, tool integrations, evaluation harnesses, guardrails.
• Lead both sides of analytics stack: data science (measurement, experimentation, modeling) and analytics engineering foundations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists and engineers; hands-on in code and shipping real work.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, strong business judgment, methodological rigor, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations and others to translate questions into scalable analytics.
• Represent Finance & Strategy Data Science in leadership forums to shape AI-enabled decision-making.
