Qualifications

• Experience in data science with modern data infrastructure and predictive analytics.
• Ability to define requirements and ship internal data tools from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with statistics, experimental design, and psychometrics/survey methodology.
• Experience integrating language models into data pipelines for text processing and summarization.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead talent intelligence; build predictive frameworks to forecast outcomes.
• Architect a unified workforce data model across recruiting, performance, and surveys.
• Define metrics dictionary and semantic layers for consistent measurement.
• Drive data access governance and masking for sensitive data.
• Redesign sentiment architecture with continuous listening and real-time insights.
• Own technical product delivery for internal data interfaces with Engineering teams.
• Apply rigorous experimental design and validation to predictive models.
