Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in data science and analytics across multiple initiatives or complex journeys.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into analytical strategies and actionable decisions.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, segmentation, funnel optimization and measurement.
• Experience applying machine learning techniques to customer and business problems.
• Proven ability to connect insights to shape product or business strategy.
• Experience creating reusable analytical frameworks and capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence at Director/VP level.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy for Insurance and translate business strategy into a portfolio of data science opportunities.
• Influence product, marketing and business leaders using data, insights and external trends.
• Build durable understanding of customers and marketplace across the insurance journey.
• Lead experimentation and causal measurement across the funnel in complex environments.
• Advance personalization, ranking, matching and targeting to connect members with opportunities.
• Shape the AI-native Insurance roadmap with measurement frameworks linking model quality to outcomes.
• Define the measurement architecture with metrics, indicators and health signals for the Insurance business.
• Identify and size new growth opportunities using first-principles analysis.
• Develop reusable scientific capabilities and analytical tools for scale across Personal Finance.
• Mentor Data Scientists and raise analytical standards while remaining hands-on.
