Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics fields such as web, product, marketing or sales analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python and Tableau.
• Experience applying ML models and LLMs to business problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategic business decisions and operational decisions by conducting customer segmentation and profiling, product analytics, sales funnel analysis, voice of customer analysis, etc.
• Develop and manage key success metrics and leading indicators to understand performance of initiatives.
• Proactively explore and identify new business opportunities to help partners achieve goals.
• Communicate data and insights effectively to business partners at all levels including senior leadership.
• Develop ML models and LLM applications to address business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers across teams on cross-functional projects.
• Coach and develop junior data scientists on the team.
