Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to join the Customer Success Data Science team in Mountain View, CA.

You will define KPIs, frame questions, and drive causal analyses to improve onboarding, health, retention and growth across our Accountant and Partner businesses. You will build predictive health scores, churn propensity, and next-best-action models while collaborating with product, marketing and support teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in product/web/customer analytics, preferably fintech
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, big data technologies, and BI tools
• Expertise in experimentation design and causal inference with practical applications
• Track record of framing questions and driving decisions
• Experience building and owning predictive models and data products
• Experience automating and monitoring data products, AI tools a plus
• Strong business acumen and translating strategy into testable hypotheses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred

Responsabilidades

• Define KPIs and metrics across onboarding, time-to-value, product adoption, health, retention and growth
• Provide actionable recommendations using diverse data sets
• Own experimentation and causal inference end-to-end
• Build and own predictive models like health scoring and churn propensity
• Develop customer segmentation patterns for targeting and service coverage
• Translate data into clear visualizations and executive narratives
• Enable self-serve analytics with automated, reliable data products
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate AI solutions into processes
• Partner with product, digital, customer support, sales and marketing to drive data-driven strategies
