Qualifications

• 4+ years in product analytics, web analytics, or customer care analytics.
• Experience with SQL, big data tools, and BI visualization.
• Expertise in experimental design and causal inference methods.
• Ability to translate strategy into testable hypotheses and actions.
• Experience building predictive models with business impact.
• Proficiency in building automated, monitored data products.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and success metrics and ensure consistent measurement across surfaces.
• Deliver strategic recommendations using diverse datasets.
• Lead experimentation and causal inference end-to-end.
• Build predictive analytics with outcomes accountability.
• Create durable segmentation for targeting and service coverage.

• Enable self-serve analytics and data products with real-time capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate AI in workflows.
