Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist for its Global Business Solutions Group in Mountain View. This hybrid role focuses on mid-market growth, analytics leadership, and partnering with senior leaders across product, marketing, engineering, and design.

You will shape the analytics strategy, drive experiments, build ML/GenAI solutions, and mentor a team of 3–5 data scientists to influence end-to-end customer journeys from acquisition to retention.

Formación

• 8+ years in data science, product analytics, or related fields with measurable impact.
• Expert in SQL and data modeling; experience with ML for product problems and GenAI workflows.
• Strong executive storytelling and stakeholder influence; ability to lead and mentor.

Responsabilidades

• Influence Product Strategy by conducting deep-dive analyses on customer segmentation, funnels, adoption, and VOC.
• Set the Analytics Vision with measurement architecture and key success metrics for mid-market growth.
• Lead Experimentation & Causal Measurement using complex designs when traditional A/B tests are limited.
• Shape the AI-Native Roadmap by developing ML models and GenAI features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior data scientists and raise the scientific bar across the team.
