Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Developer to join the Connected Customer Team to build and evolve the technology behind our Loyalty Program.

You will design and implement cloud-native Java microservices, develop BFF services, and integrate CRM systems to deliver seamless customer experiences across loyalty, payments, and eCommerce platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to data pipelines and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years developing and deploying Java applications in Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support cloud-native services for Loyalty Engine, CRM integrations, Order History, and customer-facing APIs.
• Build scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot and Azure cloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services for digital customer experiences.
