Job summary

Medbridge is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to own end-to-end predictive and statistical models in production, primarily in Snowflake, collaborating with product and clinical teams to impact patient outcomes. You will set modeling standards, write production-quality code, and monitor impact across deployments.

You have a track record deploying models, deep statistical understanding, and strong Python/SQL skills, with experience handling healthcare data and communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying models to production and maintaining them.
• Strong statistical depth and ability to quantify uncertainty.
• Hands-on Python/SQL and disciplined software engineering with reproducible Pipelines.
• Experience with messy healthcare data and evaluating outcomes.
• Ability to translate business goals into well-posed modeling problems.
• Clear communication with clinical, product, and leadership audiences.
• Degree in statistics/biostatistics/CS/economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, validation, and production operation of predictive models.
• Set the methodological bar and document decisions for stakeholders.
• Write production-quality, tested, versioned code and deploy with Data Eng.
• Estimate impact of products and content on patient outcomes using rigorous methods.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/clinical teams to ship models into product.
