Job summary

Medbridge is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to own predictive and statistical models end-to-end. You will frame problems with product and clinical partners, select methods, build and validate models, and ship them to production in Snowflake, with ongoing monitoring and retraining.

You will lead through influence, setting modeling standards, and ensuring responsible use of healthcare data while collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Production-ready modeling with deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with disciplined software engineering (tests, versioning).
• Experience with Snowflake is preferred.
• Experience with healthcare data and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, validation, and production operation of predictive models.
• Set the methodological bar: validate and document decisions for stakeholders.
• Write production-quality code and deploy in Snowflake with Data Engineering.
• Estimate impact of products and content on patient outcomes using experiments.
• Turn ambiguous goals into well-posed problems with cross-functional teams.
