Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior data scientist to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives across Growth, Strategy, Revenue, Marketing, and Product domains.

You will translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership, design experiments, and drive data-driven improvements with scalable modeling practices. This remote-first role spans Canada with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science, analytics, or a related field within a fast-moving business environment.
• Ability to independently lead ambiguous, complex analytics problems from definition through execution.
• Strong SQL and statistical modeling capabilities, including forecasting and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Architect optimization analyses and forecasting models across Growth, Strategy, Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Partner with senior and executive leadership, translating analyses into actionable recommendations and process improvements.
• Design counterfactual analyses and A/B tests to support data-driven improvements to user experiences and product features.
• Own projects end to end from business question to delivery and presentation of recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and pressure-test analytical approaches.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical teams and executive audiences.
