Job summary

Peerspace is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to partner with the PED teams and diverse business units. You will understand user behavior, product performance, and marketplace dynamics to drive data-informed decisions.

The role sits on the Analytics team reporting to the Head of Analytics. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data roles, strong SQL, and experience with BI tools like Tableau/Looker.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, product analytics, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills for large datasets.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to partners.
• Experience with statistics and experiment design.
• Experience with Python, R or Julia.

Responsibilities

• Set goals with PED to understand user engagement and experiments.
• Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs for marketplace and users.
• Align stakeholders on analytics roadmap and priorities.
• Design and analyze experiments.
• Deep dive into user behavior and marketplace dynamics.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineering to promote data culture.
