Hone Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product to join our growing data team. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Product stakeholders to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention through data-driven insights and modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative role.
• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistics, and modeling.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with production analytics datasets.
• Experience applying data science to product or growth problems, including funnel analysis, experimentation, attribution, or retention modeling.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, experimentation design, and model evaluation.
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments with marketing, product, or business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in cloud-based data environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product & Engineering teams to analyze and optimize product engagement and the full customer funnel.
• Build and maintain statistical models and analyses for key use cases like A/B tests, cohort analysis, and retention.
• Design, analyze, and interpret experiments across marketing channels and on-site experiences.
• Translate business questions into well-scoped analytical projects with clear success metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define data requirements and ensure reliable datasets.
• Clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to analytics best practices, code quality, validation, and documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
• Stay current on marketing analytics trends and apply insights pragmatically.
