Qualifications

• 7+ years in data, analytics, or reporting, incl 3+ years leading a data/analytics team.
• Ability to translate client reporting needs into clear requirements.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data-modeling knowledge, Python familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Translate client reporting needs into clear requirements and own report delivery.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for key client accounts and ensure reporting needs are met.
• Manage, coach, and develop a data team, setting goals and providing feedback.
• Guide technical delivery by planning capacity and reviewing data models and queries.
• Set standards for data pipelines, BI tooling, and data movement with Engineering.
• Improve automation and tooling, balancing build-versus-buy decisions.
