7Seventy is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead data strategy and experimentation within a product-focused organization. You will shape experimentation standards, drive high-impact analytics, and partner with leadership, product managers, and engineering to unlock growth opportunities through data.

You will own company-wide metrics, guide predictive modeling initiatives, and mentor other data scientists while collaborating across teams to translate analyses into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science.
• Strong SQL and Python for large-scale analysis and modeling.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling and ML techniques.
• Ability to work across the full data pipeline with engineering.
• Experience influencing engineering decisions and data infra standards.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and guide other data scientists.
• Autonomous in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
