Qualifications

• Academic or professional experience with a heavy quantitative, analytical focus.
• Track record as the go-to expert for data-driven decision making and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
• Experience building analytical culture, coaching junior analysts.
• Experience with large datasets, data mining and exploration in fast-paced env.
• Experience using AI to elevate analytics and scale projects while maintaining rigor.
• Ability to write performant, complex SQL queries and reproducible workflows.
• Experience building ROI and LTV models and forecasting trends.

Responsibilities
