Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in the Growth Data Science (GDS) team to bridge advertiser needs with the Moloco Ads product strategy. You will engage with product, engineering, and sales to activate product features and prioritize enhancements based on real customer signals.

This role emphasizes scalable data frameworks, experimental design, and clear communication to C-level stakeholders across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data science, analytics, or related field, with customer-facing experience.
• Strong foundation in experimental design and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with large-scale data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advertisers, sales, product, and engineering to maximize Moloco Ads value.
• Translate advertiser insights into product roadmap signals and activation frameworks.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and evaluate new features.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead global data science initiatives and maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Develop scalable playbooks and best practices for the GDS team.
