Moloco is hiring a data science professional to partner with Product on strategy and measurement for Moloco Commerce Media. You will define metrics, design experiments, and analyze ad-tech data to influence roadmaps and outcomes.

You will work in a fast-moving environment with global partners, contributing to strong data culture and stakeholder storytelling. Location is United States; competitive equity may be offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science, analytics, or related field or advanced degree with equivalent experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with large-scale data analysis experience.
• Proficient in statistics and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product on strategy and roadmapping using data-driven insights.
• Define success metrics and guide ramp decisions for new initiatives.
• Design experiments and evaluate outcomes to inform launches.
• Analyze large-scale ad-tech data to understand impact on advertisers and markets.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Uphold data science best practices and contribute to a data-driven culture.
