Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Senior Applied Scientist in Seattle to drive performance improvements in our Ads product through deep understanding of the ads ecosystem, and to provide data-driven insights and scientific solutions. You will work with product, engineering, and other scientists to iterate on experiments and translate business requirements into robust ML solutions.

Qualifications include an advanced degree and at least 4 years in engineering or applied science, with strong English

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 4 years of engineering or applied science experience.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technical skills across engineering, ML, and data science.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis to influence R&D decisions and strategies.
• Build metrics to measure campaign health and understand cause‑and‑effect relationships.
• Evaluate ads system health and diagnose issues with input/output metrics.
