Job summary

Moloco, an AI-native performance advertising company, is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to shape high-impact initiatives within the Ads Strategy team of Moloco's Go-To-Market organization. You will partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to craft data-driven recommendations and drive revenue growth.

You will lead Moloco's Competitive Intelligence function, tracking industry trends, competitors, and product developments.

Qualifications

5+ years in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
Deep understanding of the AdTech industry; mobile app monetization experience is a plus.
Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy (highly preferred).
Experience working with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with minimal oversight.
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

Drive high-impact strategy projects to accelerate revenue growth and identify new opportunities.
Develop data-driven recommendations by analyzing advertiser trends and ecosystem dynamics.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to refine strategic proposals and ensure execution.
Lead Moloco's Competitive Intelligence function: monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics.
Be the go-to expert on the competitive landscape for leadership insight.
Translate insights into executive-ready reports with actionable guidance.
