Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Senior Applied Scientist for Product Analytics Data Science to advance Moloco's AI-native advertising products. You will drive performance improvements in our Ads platform by understanding the ads ecosystem and customer needs, delivering data-driven insights and scientific solutions.

You’ll collaborate with R&D, engineering and product teams to build metrics, evaluate system health, and experiment with new algorithms, contributing to scalable, low-latency online predictions

Qualifications

Advanced degree or industry experience in ML systems
Strong communication and collaboration across teams
Ability to learn quickly across engineering, ML and data science

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product, engineering and science teams to define and execute analyses
Develop metrics and monitoring to measure campaign health and system performance
Experiment with new algorithms and features to improve the ads platform
Analyze large ad auctions/data to extract actionable insights for ML models
