Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or similar quantitative role.
• Excellent judgment when interpreting metrics and data.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• High degree of independence and self-direction.
• Ability to align stakeholders around a shared definition of success.
• Strong SQL and Python fundamentals for data work.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics to measure performance and operationalize them for trust and transparency.
• Handle metric delivery with clear data access and narrative supporting the customer.
• Improve key metrics on accounts by diagnosing drivers and designing experiments.
• Scope and build features/tools that empower the team to do more work independently.
• Define success for novel initiatives and adapt as product evolves.
• Run tight feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape the product.
