• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or another quantitative role.
• Fluency in SQL and Python; comfortable with large volumes of messy conversational data.
• Strong independent work and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent ability to align stakeholders with a shared definition of success.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics with customers and operationalize them for trust and use.
• Deliver and oversee metrics with transparent data access to support narratives.
• Improve key metrics by diagnosing drivers and designing experiments.
• Scope and build features, tools, and frameworks to empower Decagon teams.
• Define success for new initiatives where precedent doesn’t exist.
• Run tight feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Research.
