Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for the CX Consumer Analytics team to own revenue calibration models and causal frameworks translating support interactions into business insights.

You will collaborate with CX Analytics Engineers, PMs, and Product teams to improve retention, product adoption, and automation quality using A/B testing, ML, and NLP techniques, with a focus on responsible AI tools in daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science or a PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience building revenue attribution or causal impact models.
• Applied statistics (A/B testing, causal inference) to business problems.
• Experience designing LLM-based classification or NLP pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve revenue calibration models for CX Downstream Impact of Support (DSI).
• Design causal inference frameworks and experiments to measure CX program impact.
• Build ML/NLP pipelines and productionize models in governed data infrastructure.
