• 5–8+ years of data science, ML, or analytics experience.
• Experience building models for healthcare, enterprise data, or regulated contexts.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI/LLMs and agent-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI use-case objectives into data science plans with metrics and roadmaps.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation, personalization, and causal inference as needed.
• Prototype, validate, and productionalize AI/LLM and agent-based methods with engineering teams.
• Create reusable analytical assets and evaluation suites for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and governance stakeholders to enable production workflows.
