Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field as listed in the ad.
• Master's degree preferred; PhD preferred for advanced modeling/clinical AI evaluation.
• 5–8+ years of experience in data science, ML, advanced analytics, statistics, product analytics, health analytics, or related quantitative role.
• Experience developing models, analytical frameworks, datasets, features, metrics, or decision-support methods for product/operational/clinical outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building/deploying LLM-powered or agentic capabilities using enterprise data and tools, with API/data platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex analytical concepts to executives, product managers, engineers, clinicians, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows.
• Design, deploy, and monitor LLM-powered or agentic solutions that integrate with enterprise data and tools.
• Develop reusable features, datasets, metrics, and analytical assets to support multiple AI use cases.
