Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in data science, ML, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience developing models and evaluating AI-enabled solutions for healthcare or enterprise use cases.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data science tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and clinical questions into data science problems and plans.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation, personalization, and evaluation methods.
• Design and deploy LLM-powered apps and agent-based solutions.
• Prototype, validate, and productionalize AI methods with engineering teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure measurable workflow improvements.
