Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, AI to advance predictive models, generative AI capabilities, and agentic workflows across healthcare use cases. You will work with AI product managers, clinicians, data engineers, and software teams to translate questions into deployable analytics.

The role combines strong statistical and ML skills with hands-on generative AI, enterprise data fluency, and product-minded execution in real clinical workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of experience in data science, ML, or related quantitative role.
• Experience developing models and analytical frameworks that influence product or clinical outcomes.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, analytics, operations, or governance.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI/LLMs and modern analytics tooling.
• Experience working with enterprise datasets in healthcare or regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Translate AI use-case objectives into data science problem statements, models, and evaluation plans.
• Build, validate, tune, and monitor models using appropriate ML/AI methods.
• Design and deploy LLM-powered or agentic solutions and orchestrate workflows.
• Create reusable features, datasets, and analytical assets to support multiple use cases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and clinical stakeholders to deploy production capabilities.
• Mentor peers and contribute to BSWH’s data science practice.
