Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Master’s degree preferred; PhD preferred for advanced modeling.
• Experience in data science, ML, or health analytics roles.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI use-case objectives into data science problem statements and plans.
• Develop predictive models, ML methods, and evaluation approaches.
• Design and deploy LLM-powered and agent-based workflows in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet real workflow needs.
• Mentor peers and contribute to BSWH’s data science practice.
