Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a senior data analyst to define growth potential and drive high-fidelity data insights for our customers. You will join a well-funded, growth-stage team and collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver actionable analyses that shape Reserv's data strategy.

You will work with Python, SQL, Excel, and Looker, interfacing with customers from technical and non-technical backgrounds, translating requirements into concrete data solutions and reports.

Competenze

• 6-8 years of experience as an individual contributor in analytics/programming environments (Python/dbt/Postgres daily).
• Strong ability to interface with high-value customers and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Work with data stack: Python (Pandas), Postgres/dbt, Looker, Excel, etc.
• Lead client calls through technical analysis to provide recommendations and insights.
• Ship reporting code and improve data modeling to meet customers' needs.
• Tackle ambiguous problems and help define the right solution.
• Communicate ideas and specifications in precise writing.
• Influence culture, values, and processes of the growing engineering team.
• Be creative and think outside the box to solve complex problems.
