Realtor.com is seeking a senior analytics partner to drive data-informed decision-making for consumer product experiences. You will own experimentation, business analytics, and data to influence the product roadmap and broader strategy.

Partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and data teams, you will build scalable analytics, surface opportunities, and enable self-service reporting. Strong SQL, Python, and visualization skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or related fields
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, ML, or applied statistics
• Strong background in product analytics or experimentation
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and ETL pipelines

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term strategic analyses for core consumer product initiatives
• Size product development opportunities and balance feature growth with optimization
• Design experiments and translate results into actionable recommendations
• Define success metrics and deliver data-driven analyses for decision making
• Develop self-service AI-enabled reporting tools for cross-functional teams
• Improve data tracking and quality and surface high-impact insights
