Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner to drive data-informed decision-making for Owners and Sellers. You will own experimentation, business analytics, and reporting, delivering insights that shape the product roadmap and strategy.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and BI, you will enable rapid innovation, ensure data quality, and build scalable self-service reporting across the organization from Austin headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in data science, analytics, or ML applied to product analytics and experimentation.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Tableau and Amplitude.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and building self-serve reporting across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation, analytics, and reporting for Owners and Sellers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and BI to align on objectives and drive insights.
• Design learning agendas and multivariate tests; translate findings into recommendations for the product roadmap.
• Define success metrics for strategic initiatives and deliver data-driven analyses on consumer behavior and acquisition.
• Champion self-service AI-enabled reporting tools to empower cross-functional teams.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to surface product opportunities and improve data quality.
