Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst for its Avail brand to drive data-driven decisions across strategy, product, marketing, and operations. You will partner with leadership to define KPI metrics, consolidate data sources, and deliver actionable insights through automated reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in data analytics, strong SQL, and proficiency with Tableau, Mixpanel, Power BI, Snowflake, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL proficiency and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience creating BI reports and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel).
• Comfort with cloud data environments (Snowflake, AWS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate into analytical problems.
• Develop KPI metrics, monitor performance, and provide deep-dive analyses.
• Build automated reports and dashboards across functions.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses using internal and external data.
• Support strategic planning with financial modeling and forecasting.
