Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Avail leadership, turning complex data into actionable business insights and KPI-driven decisions across strategy, product, marketing, and operations.

You will analyze large data sets, perform end-to-end analytics, and develop automated dashboards using Tableau, Mixpanel, and other BI tools. A strong SQL background, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or Data/Business Analytics.
• 6+ years of relevant experience as Data Analyst/Business Analyst.
• Strong SQL proficiency (6+ years).
• Experience creating BI reports with Tableau/Mixpanel/Power BI.
• Proven ability to drive KPI development and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical problems.
• Identify data sources and build analytical data layers with data engineering.
• Conduct end-to-end data analysis from collection to insights.
• Own KPI development, measurement, and reporting; monitor trends.
• Own regular business performance reporting for reviews.
• Build automated reports and dashboards in BI tools.
• Promote self-service BI to accelerate data-driven decisions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis using internal/external data.
• Support strategic initiatives with analytics such as forecasting and opportunity sizing.
