Job summary

RealWork, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior BI Analyst to shape product insights, drive data-driven decisions, and improve customer value. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, CS, and leadership, building analyses that executives can act on and positioning AI as a daily collaboration tool.

You’ll own dashboards, run AB tests, and translate data into strategic recommendations, with a strong emphasis on turning questions into actionable insights for growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a product, business, or data analytics role.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate data into recommendations for executives.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• AI-native mindset: comfortable using AI tools to analyze data and build dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own product and customer analytics end-to-end and build executive dashboards.
• Instrument features with Product and Engineering and define success before launch.
• Analyze retention, churn signals, and engagement to inform product/CS decisions.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with clear hypotheses and readouts.
• Use AI tools to generate SQL, analyze data, and create visualizations; raise analytics bar.
