Responsibilities

• Own New Business Sales within the strategic client base.
• Lead a pod of sales reps through coaching and pipeline development.
• Build territory plans with Sales Associate and Prospecting team to cover prospects.
• Stay informed on industry trends to drive marketing and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, expand cross-divisional opportunities.
• Maintain daily sales activity and CRM processes (e.g., Salesforce).
