Responsibilities

• Lead Specialty Services retention efforts and proactively manage client requests and projects to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Contribute to best-practices initiatives, product improvements, and workflow enhancements for specialty clients.
• Identify opportunities for regional ASV growth within Managed Services and tailor engagements to client needs.
• Mentor and support other client-facing teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of asset management trends to drive Specialty Services strategies.
