Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst (or Senior, DOE) to support sales and broker performance by mining data, building analytical models, and delivering dashboards. This role is hybrid with offices in multiple locations and relocation considerations.

You will join the Commercial Reporting and Analytics team, forecasting outcomes and informing strategic decisions while advancing governance and reporting standards across health plan operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, computer science or related field.
• 3 years of related experience (Analyst) or 7 years (Senior) or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Experience documenting business requirements and translating needs into reporting solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to sales and broker performance by mining data and interpreting results.
• Develop methodologies and analytical models, and design dashboards/reports.
• Identify issues, propose resolutions, and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Document business requirements and maintain data structures for reporting.
