Strive Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support partner analytics across the organization. You’ll help identify trends in healthcare claims and lab data, design models, and build dashboards with stakeholders across strategy, clinical, and business development.

Located in Denver or willing to relocate, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions, deliver actionable insights, and advance the analytics program within a flexible hybrid-remote environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic achievement.
• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare data analysis.
• Located in Denver, or willing to relocate.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Research, hypothesize and develop analytical approaches for identifying trends in healthcare claims and lab data.
• Conceive and design models to assess viability of new initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with strategy, clinical and business development teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and build self-service dashboards to measure performance and guide efforts.
