Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a data-focused team, working across business, data, and product applications. The role emphasizes gathering requirements, documenting processes, and validating data, with opportunities to learn AI tools and contribute to QA strategies.

The position offers a hybrid office model across multiple western offices, with travel as needed and a path toward advanced responsibilities for Level III incumbents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years business or system experience developing requirements for projects where computer software is created.
• For Systems Analyst III: Bachelor's degree... and minimum of 5 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and create simple structured specifications such as use cases, story cards.
• Read and understand design and business models including basic technical understanding.
• Writes SQL queries, reads simple data models.
• Acts as a liaison between the development team and end users to create deliverables.
• Contributes to deliverables including analysis and data validation.
• Provide Level 1 on-call support as needed and participate in on-call communications.
