Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Pharmacy Data Analyst to develop reporting solutions, perform advanced analyses, and support strategic pharmacy decisions across multiple offices. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and opportunities to influence financial and operational outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Oracle/SNOWFLAKE skills, experience with healthcare data, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' data analysis experience (Level I).
• 5 years (Level II) with STARS/MES experience preferred.
• 8 years (Level III) with STARS/MES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and validate data scenarios.
• Analyze healthcare services, utilization, costs, and revenue by provider, member, network, group, product, and line of business.
• Perform statistical analyses and data modeling; communicate results clearly in writing and verbally.
• Maintain and improve information reporting systems; gather requirements from users.
