Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE's Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to manage ad-hoc data reporting for clients, collaborating with the program delivery team to define reporting needs and design a data mart or repository that efficiently handles project requirements. This Minneapolis-based role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Technology preferred.
• 4+ years of data analysis and/or statistical analysis experience.
• Expertise writing complex formulas in Excel & Power Pivot.
• Strong SQL and Tableau experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program delivery teams to define reporting needs and design a data mart or data repository.
• Create reports and dashboards in Tableau and other analytics tools.
• Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics as needed.
• Provide consultative services during reporting design and data modeling.
• Develop Excel templates to improve efficiency for others.
• Communicate program status and analytics results to clients and stakeholders.
