Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Customer Reporting team. Hybrid role based in San Francisco, 2–3 days in office per week at 44 Montgomery Street. You’ll deliver custom and standard reporting, turning data into compelling stories about impact for our customers.

You’ll work with Customer Success and SMEs to refine storytelling, explore multiple data sources, and develop dashboards. Travel up to 25% for team on-sites and company events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with data and analytics.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analyses and dashboards for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Explore diverse data sources and build solutions based on stakeholder needs.
• Develop understanding of product data storytelling and impact."
• Collaborate with Product to evolve the customer data story and reporting suite.
• Identify opportunities to automate commonly requested reports and data sets.
