enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to drive the implementation, maintenance and operational support of the data protection stack. You will work with senior engineers to deploy DLP, DSPM and encryption solutions across Windows, Linux and cloud platforms.

You will design policies, tune detections, manage exceptions, and contribute to security posture improvements while staying current with evolving compliance requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in data protection and information security.
• Experience with DLP/DSPM tooling and policy management.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain data protection infrastructure across platforms.
• Design and implement DLP/DSPM policies in on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) for deployments.
• Collaborate with teams to expand data protection capabilities.
