enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to implement and support a comprehensive protection stack across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms. You will work with senior engineers on DSPM/DLP solutions, configure policies, and automate tasks with PowerShell and Python.

Responsibilities include incident troubleshooting, policy tuning, and contributing to security posture improvements while staying current with HITRUST, NIST, and ISO frameworks.

Formación

• 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• 5 years of experience with Information Security and Systems Analysis.
• 5 years deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software.
• 5 years creating and managing DLP policies.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain data protection infra across platforms and vendors, including DLP/DSPM and de-identification.
• Collaborate on design/implementation of data protection solutions across on-prem and cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Configure and maintain data protection policies, sensitive info types, and tuning parameters.
• Troubleshoot data protection incidents; perform root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) for deployment and maintenance.

Terraform or similar certification (preferred)
