Job summary

Delta Dental of California is seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst (Web Technology) to oversee the enterprise Web Technology privacy program and lead cross‑functional workstreams, translating privacy requirements into practical actions for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or cross‑functional initiatives in a corporate or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple concurrent workstreams, including planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.
• Experience working in privacy, compliance, legal, risk management, healthcare, or another regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day management and coordination of the Web Technology privacy program across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Translate Privacy leadership strategies and priorities into actionable plans, processes, and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across Privacy, business, technology, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to drive progress and accountability.
• Identify barriers and risks, facilitate resolution, and elevate issues requiring leadership attention.
• Develop clear program documentation, status reporting, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Establish and improve program processes and governance to increase consistency, efficiency, visibility, and audit readiness.
