Job summary

JPMorganChase in Wilmington, DE and Columbus, OH seeks a Data Product Manager – Sr. Associate to drive data product roadmaps for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning.

You will partner with BI, AI/ML, and Data Engineering to deliver curated, well-governed datasets and a seamless candidate/employee experience. This execution‑oriented role owns discovery, requirements, and delivery coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics and user stories with clear criteria.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems, including data catalog, lineage and quality tooling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data testing and ad-hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of features on the product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics across the development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user discovery and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements.
• Collaborate with BI, AI/ML, and product teams to meet analytics needs.
• Onboard data sources and transform them into performant data offerings.
• Maintain data governance, quality, and lifecycle practices for talent data.
• Own data catalog, metadata, glossary, and lineage for Talent Acquisition data.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and best practices.
